No geral, adjetivos curtos (com uma sílaba apenas), recebem o ER (ou somente R caso terminem em E).
Ex. great - greater
fat - fatter
tall - taller
Adjetivos curtos terminando em Y, recebem as letras IER no final.
Ex. happy - happier
funny - funnier
Adjetivos longos não são alterados, recebendo a palavra more.
Ex. interesting - more interesting
important - more important
obvious - more obvious
Alguns adjetivos são irregulares, ou sejam, mudam quase que completamente.
Ex.good - better
bad - worse
far - further

Hi Fabiana, I’m living in London and for me your accent is just a normal brazilian accent between brazilian people in London, it is just less strong than I have seen here, anyway it sounds well. You have done a good job here, better for elementary students than advanced but I think that it’s useful in any case.

Well, I think that I’m achieving the point that I traced related my english studies.
I began alone, among the internet, books bought by myself and tips from my friends.
I really think that I’m achievind the point.

A months ago I learned a phrase: The more you listen, more your learn!
Indeed, the more you do everything, more you will achieve a result, positive or, sometimes, negative. And, talking exactly about this issue, We mustn’t translate everything, because each language had their specific points.
